1/4" elastic – 16"

White 3/8" ribbon - 1.75 yds

Yarn Needle. 

Crochet Hook: Size H or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge: 4 Rows Sc = 1 inch

             5 sc       = 1-1/2 inch

Materials:  Crochet Cotton Thread:

     Size 10 Doily –
