Rose Bouquet Free Crochet Pattern

Materials: (each Rose)

Worsted Weight Yarn :
Any Color - 6 yds (4.5 meters)
Wire
Stem Wrap Tape
Yarn Needle

Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5 mm)

ch	chain	sc	single crochet(s)
dc	double crochet	sl st(s)	slip stitch(es)
hdc	half double crochet	sp(s)	space(s)
lp(s)	loop(s)	st(s)	stitch(es)
rem	remaining	tr	treble crochet
rep	repeat	yo	yarn over

 

Rose
With Yarn, ch 13, (4 sc, sl st) in 2nd ch from hook and in next 2 ch, (4 hdc, sl st) in next 3 ch, (4 dc,sl st) in next 6 ch. Roll piece to form a Rose.

Leaf(Make 1 for each Rose)
Ch 6, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, dc in next 2 ch, (sc, ch 2, sc) in last ch, around other side; dc in next 2 ch, sc in next ch, sl st in next ch. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Finishing
1. Cut each wire in half.
2. Weave one wire through center of each leaf. Fold end of wire over 1”.
3. Push one wire up from bottom of Rose through center, Fold end of wire over 2”. Push wire back down through flower, hooking folded wire around center sts.
4. Wrap base of Rose and wire several times with Floral Tape. Continue wrapping Stem adding one leaf about 1” down from bottom of flower. See diagrams on Stem Tape package.
