Stitch Repeat - Granny Rows
Skill: Easy
This stitch can be worked with any size yarn. Use the appropriate size hook for your project. In the video, we used worsted weight yarn and a size I-9 hook.
Abbreviations
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
sp - space
Chain a multiple of 3
Row 1: (Right Side) 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, [skip next 2 ch, 3 dc in next ch] across.
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), turn, working in sp between dc-groups, skip first 3 dc, [3 dc in next sp between dc groups] across, ending with dc in last dc.
Row 3: Ch 3, 2 dc in first dc, working in sp between dc-groups, [3 dc in next sp] across, ending with 3 dc in last dc.
Repeat Rows 2-3 until your project reaches the desired size. Fasten off and weave in ends.
