Snowflake
Ch 7, join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 3, work 2 dc in ring, [ch 3, 3 dc in ring] 5 times, ch 3, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3 to join – 6 ch-3 sps.
Rnd 2: Sl st to ch-3 sp, ch 3, (2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in same sp, ch 2, * (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp, ch 2; rep from * 4 more times, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3 to join – 12 ch-2 sps.
Rnd 3: Sl st to ch-2 sp, * [ch 5, sl st in 5th ch from hk] 3 times, sl st in 3rd sl st from hk (base of 1st picot) sl st in ch-2 sp, sl st in next 2 dc, ch 11, sl st in 5th ch from hook, ch 6, sl st in 6th ch from hk, ch 4, sl st in 4th ch from hk, sl st in 3rd sl st from hook (base of 1st picot), ch 6, sk 2 dc, sl st in next 2 dc, sl st in next ch-2 sp, rep from * 5 more times.
Fasten off.
Weave in ends.
Pin out snowflake so that the points are distinct. Spray with spray starch or wet snowflake in liquid starch to stiffen.
