Can I order pattern downloads by phone and have them sent to my email?
All downloadable patterns must be ordered online at home. If you need help with ordering please contact us at customerservice@maggiescrochet.com.

When will I receive my pattern downloads?

Downloadable patterns are made available immediately after purchase.. Once you have completed Checkout there will be a link on your screen telling you to click here for your downloads. You will also receive an email at your registered email address from our SEND OWL Digital Delivery App that contains the download link for your order. Be sure to keep this email.

Where do I download my pattern?

Once you have completed Checkout there will be a link on your screen telling you to click here for your downloads. You will also receive an email at your registered email address from our SEND OWL Digital Delivery App that contains the download link for your order. Be sure to keep this email. If you have created a Maggie's Crochet account, you can also download your PDF's in My Account by viewing your order.

What program must I use to open my download patterns?
Our crochet patterns need to be opened using a PDF reader. In the past, we recommended Adobe Reader, but that is no longer required. Most browsers, phones, tablets, and computers now come with PDF readers installed. Once you save the pattern you can open it using your preferred PDF reader.

When I try to open my download, I get an error message. How do I correct this?

If this should happen to you, first check to make sure you are opening the file using a PDF reader. Once you have done this, attempt to open the pattern again. If you are still receiving an error, delete the pattern completely off of your computer and then re-download it again through the email delivery app. If you continue to have trouble, please contact customer service.

Can I cancel an order for a download if I changed my mind?"
Due to the nature of downloadable patterns, we cannot offer a refund for your purchase.
